Issue new certificate to north1.boxersteavee.dev

gallery.curiousphotos.co.uk and jellyfin may become unaccessible via HTTP during the time north1 is being issued a new certificate, as port 80 has to be moved over to the IP north1 is running on. The downtime should not last longer than 15 minutes, but may take longer. Both services should still be accessible over HTTPS
